Well, this is where my feet get wet. My very first blog. Away we go....
First, the name SubAtomic Homestead comes from a Geocities website I had in the 90's. It really had no content, but still managed to get thousands of hits. I assume it was the name.
Now, as far as purpose, my goal is to post links to cool things I have found on the web so that you can waste your time more efficiently.
We might as well get started. I read this cool story on Benjamin Franklin on the Smithsonian Magazine site.
If you love old photos like I do, you'll probably dig shorpy. They have some awesome depression pics, like this one, from Zinc, AR.
